**Our 30-Day Promise**
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on every guide we sell. If a guide isn't right for you for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
To request a refund, simply email us at hello@the3amguide.com with the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to explain why. We will process your refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days.
**Digital Products**
Our guides are delivered as digital downloads (PDF files) immediately after purchase. Because of the instant nature of digital delivery, you keep access to any files you have already downloaded. Our 30-day guarantee is based on trust, and we ask that you only request a refund if the guide genuinely wasn't right for you.
